Support the Shakespeare Authorship Research Centre and Library at Concordia University
Concordia University has established the first of its kind - a Shakespeare Authorship Research Centre - to house the university's growing Shakespearean library and to serve as a permanent academic home, administered by a Director (Prof Daniel Wright) and Assistant Director (Steven Jackson), to develop state-of-the-art research tools and curricula for students and scholars who wish to pursue studies focused on the Shakespeare Authorship Question.
To advance these goals and to construct a library and permanent home for the Shakespeare Authorship Reseach Centre (an approximately $15-million dollar commitment), the university plans to break ground on 11 April 2008 to begin construction. To attain these goals, Concordia University invites your support. To contribute to the library, the research centre and /or to endow the professorial chair in Authorship Studies with your or another's name, contact Concordia University Foundation Director Dr. Johnnie Driessner at jdriessner@cu-portland.edu, CU Executive Vice-President Dr. Gary Withers, and Professor Wright at dwright@cu-portland.edu
